FORGING SCHOOL AND COLLABORATIONS
FORGING STEEL PRODUCTS is a company committed to the Training of its staff, both internally and externally.
With the creation of the FORGE SCHOOL we consolidate this training in those who are already part of the project and incorporate new professionals who give continuity to this activity, also providing them with sustainable behaviors and influencing such determining aspects as safety and health.
Externally, we work with Training Centers and University Centers where future professionals are created through different programs.

The working method is through dual training, where we establish a professional career so that once they finish their studies, they join the company full-time. At this time, the different positions that these young people are occupying are:
· Quality Director
· Quality technician
• Designer draftsmen
• Head of Die Making Workshop
• Chip removal technicians
• Maintenance technicians
• Etc.
We also work with the Lehen Aukera Program of the Basque Government, where students who have completed their training are given a first contract for their insertion into the workforce.
In short, we consider educational work to be decisive for an efficient, sustainable and safe productive dynamic.
