FORGING STEEL PRODUCTS was born in 2010 from the union of different companies with more than 75 years of experience in the steel sector.
Located in the Duranguesado business area, 25 minutes from Bilbao airport, our floors promote projects of all kinds worldwide.
Our specialty is the market for medium and small series of technical complexity, as well as their supply in a machined state ready for assembly

LINES
At FSP we have 8 forging lines that allow manufacturing in a weight range from 250g to 120kg
4 PRESS
INSTALLATIONS
4 press installations from 1,600 to 3,000Tn, focused on medium and long series with pieces up to 25Kg
4 HAMMER
INSTALLATIONS
Another 4 installations of hammers from 7,000 to 16,000kg for short and very short series with pieces that reach 120kg
HEATING
OVENS
All of them with electric induction heating ovens that contribute to reducing our carbon footprint

We have a Quality Management System certified according to the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 latest revision standards, which guarantees Customer Satisfaction through compliance with their Requirements, as well as those of the Standard and our Management System
We also have a certified Environmental Management System, this time according to the latest ISO 14001 standard, which guarantees solid environmental sustainability performance by controlling the impacts of our activities and products.
At FORGING STEEL PRODUCTS we are also certified by Deutsche Bahn for the manufacture of forging parts for railway use and Bureau Veritas in BV MODE II SCHEME, as well as by Lloyd’s, which makes us an authorized manufacturer of forging parts for the naval sector.
